bugfyx provides a visual feedback collection platform that allows website owners to embed a feedback widget on their websites. Users can submit feedback including text, screenshots, screen recordings, and browser context. The service includes a dashboard for managing feedback, team collaboration, and integrations with third-party tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. bugfyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use bugfyx to collect personal data without proper consent, distribute malware or malicious code, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
bugfyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of bugfyx after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
