Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use SSL/TLS for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Screenshots and session recordings are stored in secure cloud infrastructure with strict access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

The bugfyx widget does not use cookies for tracking. Our dashboard website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify individual users.

We use the following third-party services to operate bugfyx: Stripe for payment processing, PocketBase for data storage, and optionally Slack for notifications (when you connect the integration). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
